EmailDone4U is a service of Grey Matter Fusion Inc., a New Jersey corporation located in Riverdale, New Jersey ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through emaildone4u.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us on our intake form, partner sign-up form, or by email or phone: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the domain you own or want to use, where it is registered and hosted, the email address you'd like created, the service speed you choose, and any notes you add.
- Usage information collected automatically, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, through Google Analytics and similar tools.
- Payment information. We invoice through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own page and are not collected or stored by us. Google's Workspace subscription is billed by Google, and you enter that payment information on Google's page.
We never ask for your password
We do not ask for, receive, or store your passwords. If you already own a domain, we work through the temporary, limited access your domain provider's own sharing settings allow. We remove that access when the job is complete.
How we use information
- To set up and support your business email and to communicate with you about your order.
- To send invoices and process payments.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services, and to measure how our advertising performs.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we use
We share information only with providers that help us run the service, and only as needed. These include website hosting and form handling (Netlify), database and order tracking (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), invoicing and payments (Stripe), and analytics and advertising measurement (Google). Each handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and advertising
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to measure advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
How long we keep information
We keep order and communication records for as long as needed to provide support, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. After that we delete or de-identify them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.
Children
Our service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
