How access works. You use your domain registrar's (or DNS host's) own sharing settings to give us scoped, temporary access to your DNS records only. It is not a login to your account, and we remove it when the job is done. If your domain points to a hosting platform's name servers, we work through that platform instead.
What we configure. We create your Google Workspace account, add the MX records that route your mail to Google, and publish SPF (which servers may send as you), DKIM (a digital signature on your outgoing mail) and DMARC (what receivers should do with mail that fails those checks).
Why it matters. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are what keep your invoices and replies out of spam and make it harder for someone to impersonate your domain. We finish with a full delivery test.

Your Google Workspace account. We create it and set up your business email address. When it's time to activate Google's subscription, you enter your own card directly on Google's page — never shared with us.
Mail routing (MX records). Small settings in your domain's DNS that tell the internet to deliver your email to Google, so messages actually reach your inbox.
Spam and impersonation protection (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). SPF lists which servers may send email as you. DKIM adds a digital signature to your outgoing mail. DMARC tells receiving servers what to do with mail that fails those checks. Together they keep your invoices and replies out of spam and make it harder for someone to impersonate your domain.
A full delivery test. Before we call it done, we test sending and receiving to confirm your email arrives properly.

Flat fee. No surprises. You pay us only after your email is working. Google Workspace subscription (~$7/mo) is billed directly to you by Google — not us.

⏱ When does the clock start? When we have access to your domain settings. We ask for it right away, so the sooner you approve it, the sooner you’re done. Your deadline is 5 PM Eastern on the 2nd business day (Standard) or the next business day (Priority), or 10 PM Eastern the same day for Rush, which needs access approved by 2 PM ET. If you approve access on a weekend, a holiday, or after 5 PM ET, the clock starts at 9 AM ET the next business day. If we miss your deadline, you pay the next tier down (Standard: $50 off). Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Example: approve access Friday at 3 PM and Standard is due the following Tuesday at 5 PM (Priority: Monday at 5 PM).
We don't ask for payment up front. We set up your email, you try it out, and only then do we send our invoice for the setup fee.

No, but you'll need to get one before we can start — it only takes about 5 minutes and typically costs $12–18/year through any registrar. A few simple, reputable options: Namecheap (our usual recommendation — simple pricing, easy to use), GoDaddy, or Squarespace Domains. Not sure whether you already have one? Put your website or business address on the intake form and we'll look it up for you. Once you own one, we'll handle everything from there.
After your email is working. We send an invoice for the flat setup fee once you've received your handoff document. Google's own Workspace subscription (~$7/month) is separate and billed to you by Google.

No problem. We can set up forwarding from your old Gmail address so you don't miss any emails during the transition. Most clients run both for a week or two, then fully switch over.
